Receptionist for meeting rooms
Coordinating meetings in the meeting rooms, preparing the meeting rooms for meetings, receiving guests, ordering refreshments, sometimes ordering taxis. Regular operation of the meeting rooms.
Experience in a frontal service role - a significant advantage. No previous experience is necessary. English at a good level is mandatory. Representativeness, high service awareness, ability to work under pressure, order and organization
Work in shifts (full availability is mandatory, there is no flexibility to work only in the morning) + one Friday per month. Midweek hours: 7-3:30 p.m., 2:30-9 p.m
