We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.

As a Sales Development Associate at Agora, you'll be the front-line of prospect outreach with a goal to generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. In this position, you will develop and own the "top-of-funnel" through cold calling, cold emailing, social channels, and inbound leads qualification. You will be expected to quickly and effectively communicate the value proposition, respond to objections, and speak to industry trends. This role is essential to our team's aggressive growth targets. Therefore, a growth mindset, resilience, adaptability, and commitment to seeking creative solutions will be crucial in this role.

A Typical Day Might Look Like:

  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
  • Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using best in class technology.
  • Clearly communicating Agora’s value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit.
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound leads and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each meeting.
  • Reaching out to leads captured and nurtured by the Marketing Team to book demos.
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing Team regarding the quality of marketing-sourced leads.

You'll Be A Great Fit For This Role If You:

  • Native English speaker.
  • Analytical and data-driven personality.
  • Ability to anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
  • Ability to speak with C-suites at an early stage and ask intelligent questions.
  • Organized and possess strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience using sales development platforms - An advantage
