An educated person who appreciates wisdom and knowledge with an excellent character is looking for a personal assistant/partner to start something positive to bring knowledge and a warm corner of peace of mind, especially to single newcomers without family.
You will receive a monthly salary plus percentage. (I invest the money).
A brief summary:
Opening a place where people can read books on various topics of life education, etc. Including the possibility to buy books, order coffee and cake, etc. There will also be occasional classes and workshops for new immigrants in small groups (in the English language) on important topics in our generation, such as: preparation for marriage (due to the high rate of divorce)* Health of the body and mind * Eat healthy (health starts from the stomach rather than the head) * How to deal with stressful situations in life and with a new country * Building self-confidence and self-expression. and more
The place will be open to all colors and genders without racism and judgment.

Emotionally stable (not up and down) and can build something in an atmosphere of peace and respect for each other, especially in speaking style. Self-expression ability.
