Webmaster - Team Lead
Description
Looking for a webmaster who lives and breathes WordPress & Shopify to run the tech stack at a busy web design/development/ support business. The candidate will make all key decisions on new website implementations & website support requests to achieve the best results for our clients. Must be an out of the box thinker and be able to draw from their vast experience to effectively handle difficult web challenges.
Responsibilities
- Development Team Leader
- Determine development/implementation strategy for all new website projects
- Determine strategy for all complex maintenance/support tasks
- Work closely with Project Manager and development team on dev & support tasks
- Resolve WP website crashes etc
Requirements
- 7 Years experience in WordPress/Shopify/Bigcommerce
- 5 Years experience managing development teams
- Proven track record of solving complex website implementation challenges
- Highly experienced in using in taking advantage of prebuilt plugins and apps to implement required functionalities
- Problem solver- Ability to take ownership of tasks
Remote position, starts with approx 15/20 hours/week - at least 2 hours a day overlapping US work day.
