Placement specialist

Description:

• Seeking and securing internship placements for participants prior to their arrival
• Reaching out to develop new internship opportunities
• Following up and visit both employers and participants to ensure that the internship experience is successful
• Leading workshops on Career Development topics

Job Requirements:

• BA degree or higher
• English at mother-tongue level and excellent level of Hebrew (additional languages is a plus)
• High level of organization and efficiency
• High level of customer service and client care
• Knowledge and understanding of Diaspora Jewry
• Knowledge of the Israeli job market
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in Israel
• Commitment to and passion for Jewish and Zionist ideals
