We are looking for you to help us grow.

We're seeking an Office Manager who will help us continue to grow:

- Recruit for internal staff utilizing all social platforms and recruitment methods.

- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

- Plan and execute HR projects such as office activities and events.

- Develop, review, and improve our administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an Office Manager

- Multitasking and time management skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English -

Hebrew a huge plus

- Strong computer skills and ability to operate and work multiple softwares
