What skills/personality you need: High intelligence, very savy on the computer (ie. computer geek), great communicator.
What you will be doing: You will be creating content for Youtube. You don't need to be in the video, although if you can be video it's a plus. We promote VPN software which means we do lots of reviews of VPN brands and give tutorials. You will need to become an expert in this area so that's why you need to have a passion for technology so you'll 'get it'. You won't be writing scripts, rather you'll learn about the topic and being a great communicator you'll be able to deliver the content in an easy to understand format. You will need to have a pleasant voice to listen and have a quality microphone or willing to buy one that costs about $100 like a blue yeti. It's need to have some basic video editing skills or learn it quickly on a basic level. Now you understand why we need someone that's a bit of computer geek (although we don't need a developer).
Hours: It's part time and we are flexible. You will work remote and work whenever you like.
Compensation: The pay starts at $20/hour paid monthly. However, if you are efficient with your time and your videos are getting a good conversion there is definitely room for a raise. We have made 1,000's of videos already so we know what is a good conversation rate. This is not a commission job, however the better job you do on the videos, since it makes a direct impact on our profits, the more we can afford to pay you.

Tracking hours: You will work with a time tracking software that tracks the time you work and you'll receive your hourly rate based on that time and you are responsible for paying your taxes as you are a freelancer.
