Business Operations & Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Business Operations & Growth Specialist to take the reins of our business, develop and implement strategies for growth, and engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships. Hours: 3pm – 11pm, Monday – Thursday (1 hour daily break)
5pm – 7pm, Sunday (Flexibility on the time)
Location: Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a top-notch customer experience.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to grow the business, including identifying new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service and turning queries into meaningful relationships.
- Warm Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products, follow up on past interactions, and gather feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Handle customer concerns or challenges with a positive attitude, providing timely resolutions and always striving to exceed expectations.

Requirements:
- English Mother Language
- Fast Typing
- Friendly and Comfortable on the phone
- Ability to learn technical matters- specifically within the paint industry
- Independent and able to run with ideas and projects
Preferred:
- Truck or Boat Enthusiast who Enjoys DIY projects
