A Real Estate business of developers of properties, operating primarily in Europe, is looking to employ an Admin position. This is an inhouse position in a female office located in Beit Shemesh. Candidate MUST have at least 2 years experience and MUST speak both English and Hebrew fluently. Hours are 11am - 5pm, Sundays - Thursdays on a 1 year contract. Remote on Erev Yom Tov and Chol Hamoed.
The employee will be responsible for:
-Overseeing the daily administrative tasks of the company’s team members -improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency,
-Reporting on a regular basis to the management and to the clients/supplier-Answering phone calls and emails and taking messages
-Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
-Helping with daily time management
-Running errands as requested
-Planning travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
-Coordinating events and speaking engagements
-Correspondences such as emails and letters
-Scheduling meetings and manage calendars
-Sale & after sale support -Office equipment and its maintenance Management
