Our main office located at the entrance of the Golden City Jerusalem in the International Convention Center has a great view and atmosphere and it's easily reachable.

We are continuing growing and are currently looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our company.

We are looking for motivated individuals to be part of our Client Support Team.

Responsibilities include (not limited to)

• Onboarding New Clients
• Assist and manage client’s documentation
• Ensuring customer service issues and enquires are handled professionally and in a timely manner (scans, files, emails, phone calls, chats)
• Perform special projects as needed

Start Date: asap Location: Shazar 1, Jerusalem Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week. Sun - Thurs: starting at 9:00 am

Requirements

• English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
• Computer Proficient (Microsoft Office and Internet)
• Prior office experience or customer service a plus
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Attention to Detail
• Able to meet benchmarks ( follow up in a timely fashion)
• Team Player
