About you

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Operations Manager to join our digital supply chain and distribution team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the inner workings of the music industry, delivery platforms, familiarity with computer systems, experience with complex data models and system workflows, and a minimum of intermediate proficiency in SQL. A successful candidate will be highly organized, have the ability to work independently as well as coordinate with team members, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all technical distribution processes
• Coordinates with the product, support and engineering team
• Responds in a timely way to customer or product-related inquiries
• Informs and trains clients about products and their use
• Documents customer needs and reports customer feedback
• Owns and masters your given area of responsibility
• Plan and execute work without supervision
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical account manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Proficient in SQL
• Knowledge of digital technologies
• Strong familiarity with computer systems and complex data models and system workflows
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the music industry
