Software company with office in Har Hotzvim seeks an experienced and talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join its team. This role is dedicated to supporting a customer in the healthcare industry.


Job Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

· Create and optimize custom objects, fields, and automation tools

· Develop and integrate APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems and applications

· Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including proper coding standards, testing, and documentation

· Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the Salesforce environment

· Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices

· Be available twice a week for two hours during American Eastern business hours.

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development

· Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API)

· Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I

· Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data modeling, and best practices

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Effective communication and teamwork abilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

· Self-motivated and directed; Fast learner

· Works well independently as well as within a team

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

· Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

This is a hybrid position with a total of 35 hours per week, including 1-2 days on-site at the Jerusalem office in Har-Hotzvim, and 2-4 hours weekly in the afternoon/evening.
