Handling all aspects of insolvency, including representation of incumbents, creditor arrangements, receivership, liquidations, creditor representation, office bearers, and international local corporations.
Corporate commercial litigation with an emphasis on shareholder disputes and complicated commercial disputes.
The work includes legal writing (in Hebrew and English), representation in courts, legal opinion, and ongoing treatment of local and foreign clients.
Requirements:
Three years of experience.
Previous experience in corporate insolvencies.
Graduates of leading educational institutions.
Excellent with a high average and high-quality internships in leading offices.
