Kabbalah Empowerment is about to expand its team in about 2-3 months, and we are looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to amplify our reach and engagement.
Job Summary:
We will need a proactive, creative, organized and data-driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities across social media, email, and website sales.
This role involves creating posts, managing email campaigns, engaging with our audience, and coordinating sales activities to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in planning, writing, and designing social media content (including graphics, captions, and hashtags) aligned with KE's voice and audience interests. This includes weekly posts and creating promotional content for campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Develop, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns. Ensure messaging is compelling, error-free, and meets engagement goals, with a special focus on growing our email list and driving traffic to our website.
- Website Sales Support: Monitor website traffic and assist in managing sales funnels. Coordinate with the team on e-book downloads, course sales, and follow-up emails. Track key metrics and suggest improvements to optimize conversions.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with comments, messages, and emails, representing the brand in a professional, welcoming manner. Address customer inquiries or feedback and escalate to the team as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
- Skills:
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
- Basic graphic design experience for social media (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite or another).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools (like Mailchimp or Hubspot), Posts scheduler (like Buffer or Hootsuite).
- Attributes:
- Must be a Jewish religious man as this is an all-male environment.
- Basic knowledge in Kabbalah and Chassidut.
