The Full Year Fellowship is a full-time professional program for English-speaking teachers. Participants, called TALMA Fellows, live and work in one of four TALMA communities across Israel: Eilat, Be'er Sheva, Ben Shemen Youth Village, and Nof HaGalil.
TALMA Fellows teach English in a K-12 school; improve their teaching practice through regular professional development; learn Hebrew weekly; and deepen their connections to their communities through immersive and engaging activities.
