Full time position open for an Office administrator at a biotechnology company in French Hill.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing administrative processes: keep track of files, payments due, domain names, trademarks, contract expirations, insurance policy and accreditation renewals.
Procurement & Inventory: Tracking and procuring office, study site, and laboratory supplies, managing custom clearance for shipments.
Facility maintenance: Coordinating service staff and contractors.
Operational assistance: Identify and coordinate with potential study sites and personnel.
Documentation: Drafting documents, introducing a document management system to keep track of document versions and expiring agreements.
Paralegal services: Read through agreements prior to the company signing, generate agreements from templates for common agreements such as NDAs, Independent Contractor Agreements and renewals.
Recruiting: Drafting and sending out job descriptions for advertisement, reviewing CVs, conducting initial interviews.
Requirements:
Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, potential partners, and other staff, in person, via email, and over the phone. A native-fluency in English and a professional level of Hebrew in speaking, reading, and writing is required.
Organization: The ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines
Attention to detail: The ability to maintain office spaces and supplies, and to complete clerical tasks such as filing and report creation
Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Analytical skills: The ability to understand office operations, practices, and procedures
Administrative experience: Some experience in an administrative role.
Highly organized: keep track of files, payments due, contract expirations, insurance policy renewals, etc.
Education: Preferred applicants will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Available to work evening hours when overseas coordination is needed.
