Position: Brewer
Location: Beit Shemesh, Israel

Oak and Ash is a craft brewery located in the Nocham industrial area in Beit Shemesh. Since 2019, we have been brewing delicious beers, alcoholic lemonades, ciders, and cocktails.
We are seeking a hardworking, responsible, and self-motivated team member with a passion for creating exceptional beverages.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operating brewhouse and producing batches from start to finish
Cellaring duties including fermentation management
Following operating procedures in each phase of brewing, fermentation, packaging, and quality control
Maintaining clean brewing practices in the factory
Requirements
Past Experience is a must
Ability to follow instructions
A self-motivated work ethic and good critical thinking/problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Physical work including moving kegs, pulling hoses, stacking boxes, using a pallet jack, etc…
Ability to work safely with potentially hazardous chemicals (Caustic, Peracetic acid)
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 kilos and occasionally lift and/or move 50 kilos
