We’re seeking an energetic, organized and tech-savvy individual to join the team as a full-time Personal Assistant and Fundraising Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision of the CEO’s schedule, including occasional assistance in organizing meetings
- Supporting and working closely with Fundraising Directors to maximise their productivity
- Researching background of existing and potential donors
- Planning events with high-net-worth donors
- Background check and research of projects for fundraisers
- Drafting communications
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience working as a personal assistant or office admin
- Experience in supporting fundraising from high-net-worth individuals and coordinating applications to foundations
- Experience with event planning and organization
- Strong interpersonal communicator
- Strong organizational skills
- Deals well with pressure
- Ability to stick to a deadline
- Superlative and demonstrable skills and experience on Excel
- Preferred experience in fundraising tools; especially Salesforce
- Mother tongue level written and spoken English - a must
- Professional level written and spoken Hebrew - an advantage
