Virtual Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Virtual Assistant to support our team with a blend of property management, paralegal, and administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee tenant communication, manage lease agreements, schedule maintenance, and ensure compliance with property regulations.
- Paralegal Support: Conduct legal research, draft and proofread documents, and manage case files under attorney supervision.
- Administrative Assistance: Handle calendar management, email correspondence, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, legal support, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
