Phone Sales Associates - Warm Leads
FBX Group specializes in financial dispute consultation & cryptocurrency investigation services. Our professional and friendly office is located in Har Tuv, near Beit Shemesh off Route 38 close to Ikea Eshtaol and Route 1.
Job Role:
- Onboarding clients in a B2C warm-lead structure
- Calling and educating clients about services and processes
- Displaying both professionalism and sensitivity regarding financially related matters
- Establishing ongoing relationships with clients via phone and email
- Utilizing CRM system for lead management
- Meeting monthly KPIs and sales objectives
Job Requirements:
- Native English or high level English for native speakers of other languages
- Preference will be given to European language speakers
- Computer literacy and tech savviness
- Professional phone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain clearly and educate others
- Capacity to learn quickly and independently
- High energy, persistence and perseverance
- Good time management and organization
Full and ¾-time options available, Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
Compensation: Base salary, plus commission.
