Overview

What you will do

Lead an excellent team of engineers, helping to develop their careers. Strong focus on the back end

Recruit a diverse team of engineers that are amongst the best in the industry, from outreaches through to the closing process

Work with engineers, product managers, and designers across the company to launch microservice based, multithreaded scalable enterprise applications

Provide both technical and product leadership, empowering your team to ensure high quality in both areas

Directly responsible individual for the system, including long term vision, release cycles, exec updates, defining and tracking KPIs, internal and external communication.

Architect/design areas under own responsibility

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet t hese requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of similar experience with our stack or similar technologies (.Net core, Messaging (RabbitMQ), Docker, SQL and noSQL, WebAPIs, Angular/React)
• 3+ years team leading experience
• Prior experience designing and building distributed systems or a microservices architecture
• This is a back-end heavy role
• High level of Hebrew and English (both written and spoken)

Preferable requirements

• AWS, NServiceBus, Elastic and Angular 2+ experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading across functional teams with deep understanding of how to drive engagement and get exceptional output from team contributors
• Have strong recruiting skills, wi th a track record of hiring new team members who are extremely effective over the long term
