Job Opportunity! The company I work for (JWG - www.judaicawebstore.com) is looking for a full-time Customer Service rep to work from our office in Givat Shaul, Jerusalem.
We are:
The world's biggest online Judaica and Israeli produce store. We sell Judaica, jewelry, Dead Sea skincare, gourmet Israeli food and more made by Israeli artists and designers. We are a long-established and growing company and are proud to offer an office environment that is both welcoming and friendly.
We need:
An exceptional customer service rep. You'll work with our team to deal with customer queries and concerns by email and phone, delivering the amazing service we feel our clients deserve.
You:
- are a "people person": polite, friendly, warm and patient
- are passionate about offering clients exceptional service and care
- speaks English at a mother tongue level and has basic conversational Hebrew
- have a relevant degree and/or experience in customer service
- are computer literate
- have a general understanding of Jewish life, customs, etc.
- work well independently and as part of a team
- can commit to working full-time from our Jerusalem office - this is not a work from home position.
