Responsibilities:

• Manage, support and train an international team of recruiters
• Leverage social media platforms to headhunt and recruit international professionals in the healthcare space to work remotely
• Meet with US healthcare clients to understand their recruiting needs
• Work with superiors to devise an international recruiting strategy
• Draw reports from ATS and other systems to help guide and direct the teams' efforts
• Conduct final interviews and select candidates to be presented to client

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience
• 2 years of management experience
• Tech savvy
• Experience using various recruiting and social media tools.
• Experience with an ATS
• Understanding of full recruitment cycle and willingness to learn new international recruitment strategies
• Comfortable in a fast paced, results driven environment
• Team player
• Native English (excellent spoken and written)
