Job description:

  • CEO support and office administration
  • Senior Management support
  • Addressing all requests and needs of the CEO and senior executives
  • Coordinating frontal and virtual meetings, job interviews
  • Manage multiple schedules simultaneously
  • Coordinating travel abroad, booking hotels, food and vehicles
  • Organization of company events and special projects
  • General administration
  • Coordination of marketing department

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Academic bachelor's degree
  • High level English and Hebrew, including writing and oral skills in English
  • Proficient use of Office, Google tools and web applications in general
  • Methodic and organization capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking, fast response time, troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patience
  • Energetic, dynamic, independent and self-motivated
  • Adaptation to flexible hours and evening work when necessary
