We’re looking for a Business Applications Manager that will solve complex problems in the company through modifications to our technology stack. This individual will identify current challenges and gaps with our existing technologies, explore and present solutions, and manage their implementation. Through this process, the Business Applications Manager will help the company provide a smoother, more efficient experience to both our internal teams and our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and map the company’s current business applications/tech stack
- Develop a strong understanding of all current tools being used and their specific implementation in the company
- Collaborate with company leadership, department leaders, and team members to understand how tools are being used and what is missing, identifying gaps and challenges
- Explore new solutions and present suggested plans and roadmaps to stakeholders
- Plan for the integration of these solutions and potential migrations from others, including building automation with the development team and ensuring that data is being maintained
- Train relevant team members on new tools implemented and best practices, providing documented material for reference
- Regularly communicate new features and platforms benefits to relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Collect feedback from team members using technologies and develop solutions to solve challenges raised
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst team to integrate new/updated technologies into our data analysis platform
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong English and Hebrew communication skills
- 2+ years experience in Business Applications Manager/Solutions Architect or similar role
- 3+ years experience in a SaaS environment in a role/department related to the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, etc.)
- Experience in a startup environment
- Past experience with the implementation of a full solution/core CRM module or other core systems in an organization
- Plus: past experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Hubspot CRMs
- Skilled technical background and analytical skills, understanding complex connections and automation and the relationships between them
- Ability to multitask and manage projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to solve complex problems
- Extremely process and detail-oriented
- Experience with collaborating with various departments and teams
- Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems
- Fast learner, Very SaaS/tech-savvy

Location: 2 days remote, 3 in office. During onboarding, at least 1 day a week in Jerusalem and then can choose either Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.
