SDR Manager – Jerusalem
We are looking for a smart, self-starter, and result-driven SDR Manager to lead the SDR team and improve the sales pipeline at a global start-up company that develops B2B AI-based SaaS platforms for the American automotive industry and already has hundreds of satisfied customers!
Responsibilities:
- Provide onboarding and continuous training to the SDR team members
- Provide SDRs coaching, as well as call monitoring and performance reporting
- Improve call scripts on a regular basis
- Help create a fun, high-energy environment
- Hold the SDR team accountable to achieve and exceed monthly goals
- Establish the metrics and qualification criteria
- Manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance metrics
- Manage and distribute SDR leads
- Build an accurate and high-quality sales pipeline
- Conduct lead nurturing and qualification activities leveraging existing outbound marketing, contact database and prospecting processes
- Monitor and refine lead processes; continually optimize the lead scoring and qualification flows
- Collaborate to be hands-on with the team on calls contributing to the team's quota
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in managing a team and leading it towards achieving its goals.
- 2+ years in SDR or Inside Sales position in a B2B SaaS company, exceeding
- goals in quota-carrying prospecting and/or closing solutions sales roles.
- Native level of English
- Good knowledge of best practices and main metrics in SDR
- Strong analytical abilities
- Experience planning and managing through data
- Proven experience and passion for coaching, motivating, and growing the people
- Prior experience working with Pipedrive, Salesforce, or another CRM tool
This is a full-time position, working US Hours (3:30 pm - 00:00 am Israel time) Mon-Thu.
