A leading currency exchange company in Israel, which maintains its level of expertise with a focus on excellent and professional customer service is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our growing team.
Job Description:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintaining a professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM.
- Requesting and consulting with clients regarding the source of funds documents.
- Set up new customer accounts.
- General administrative duties.
- Other duties from time to time, as and when required by the company.
English and Hebrew at a mother-tongue level are mandatory.
Hours: 9:00 until 18:00 (hybrid work is possible, following the initial training period)
The position is based in our Ramat Gan office.
