A leading currency exchange company in Israel, which maintains its level of expertise with a focus on excellent and professional customer service is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our growing team.

Job Description:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM.
  • Requesting and consulting with clients regarding the source of funds documents.
  • Set up new customer accounts.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Other duties from time to time, as and when required by the company.

English and Hebrew at a mother-tongue level are mandatory.

Hours: 9:00 until 18:00 (hybrid work is possible, following the initial training period)

The position is based in our Ramat Gan office.
