Job Description - 1.Run and manage systems for a seamless renewal process with at least a 90% retention ratio.
2. Renewals will be out to market by 90 days before renewal date.
3. Each renewal will have a premium recap to present to the client.
4. Renewal sheet will be updated and discussed with Supervisor in regards to marketing strategy and Loss Runs order
5. Candidate will be trained in the preferred way to gather data and create new business submissions.
6. Candidate will be trained in how to use and quote using online portals such as Travelers and Nationwide Etc
7. Candidate will develop and use a pleasant rapport with underwriters and clients.
8. Candidate will be methodical and detail oriented and organized and timely to ensure all submissions are high quality and thus achieving best results in the market.
9. Candidate will help create seamless process for intake of new business.
Requirements - Must have the above mentioned experience in the insurance field.
Positive attitude and isn’t afraid to ask when they don’t know.
Organized Willing and able to learn new programs and methods.
Detail oriented Responsive and communicative in a timely manner.
Team player, reliable.
Growth oriented.
Physical requirements of job:
Can sit and work on / with a computer for an extended period of time.
Is willing to be trained and ask questions and eventually own their work.
Candidate has people skills and ability to build positive rapport with clients, underwriters and co-workers.
Candidate possesses a self starter attitude and the ability to stay focused on the task at hand.
