AIA Assets is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our amazing team. You will be responsible for growing existing business and establishing new business relationships in the North American/global market.

About The Role
- Conduct research to understand the market and competitive factors.
- Research through searches and other sales tools to draw-in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers and relevant contact information
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling, LinkedIn, emails, and other resources
- Maintain direct communication with clients, and act as liaison between the them and company teams to effectively manage client expectations and deliver high-quality projects
- Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
- Ensure that all company protocols are followed & completed.
- Ensure company standards and quality of work.
- Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
- Attractive salary + commission
Requirements:
- Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday 15:00-23:00. In-Person. (Bet Shemesh, Israel)
- Native English/mother tongue level – a MUST
- Experience in Amazon Seller Central –
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Motivation and passion for sales and closing deals
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and high energy
- Organizational skills as well as an ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to work in a computer-based environment and is familiar with social networks and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce – advantage
