We have an amazing opportunity in our Helpdesk team in Rosh Ha'Ain. This is a busy vibrant team and a department where you can grow your career within the company.

What's exciting about the role:

• You will handle customer requests via phone, e-mail and chat related to the online purchase process (Inbound process);
• Increase your focus and problem-solving skills, by troubleshooting 3rd party/custom platforms.
• Maintain and develop a broad technical knowledge of Verifone`s features and services.
• Adapt and develop prioritization skills by identifying appropriate resolutions within the required timeframe based on SLAs.
• Report performance or technical defects.

About the role and benefits:

• Location - Rosh Ha'Ain office
• Possibility of transportation for employees from Kfar Saba, Petah Tikva and Rosh Ha'Ain
• Working hours - full time Sunday-Thursday (08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00-18:00)
• Once a week evening shift (13:30-22:30).
• Alternating Friday (08:00-13:00 shift)
• Full training provided.
• Salary - NIS 36 per hour
• Sibus
