Seeking a roommate male or female in the heart of the trendy Florentin district in Tel-Aviv. The flat of two bedrooms and a living room is fully remodeled and furnished and includes amenities such as a washing machine, solar heating, internet Wi-Fi and air condition unit in each room as well as in the living room. The offered room has an attached, private bathroom (shower and toilet). It also has a queen size double bed and a build-in closet. There is only one additional tenant occupying the second bedroom. The current tenant (male, 68 years old) is very quiet, responsible, courteous and exceptionally easy to get along with. The desired roommate should be the same, of any age, a nonsmoker only and preferably someone who is a student or is well established in a steady job. 2900 ₪ per month plus one month security deposit. Must have own local bank checks or alternatively the local checks of a friend who will be willing to sign consent for his checks to be used for payments. The roommate will pay 50% of utilities such as property tax, electricity, Internet and water bills (An average additional monthly expense of 400 Israeli Shekels). A one year contract is desired although the renter will have the option to leave at any time with a one month notice.
