Position Overview: We are currently seeking a part-time Graphic Designer (possibility of staying on afterward) to provide maternity leave coverage. You would be joining our real estate team and working closely with the real estate agents and sales manager to shape our visual identity and marketing materials. If you're a creative thinker, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact in the real estate industry, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales managers, and real estate agents to understand project requirements and create impactful designs.
- Create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity for marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers and advertisements.
- Develop graphics and visuals for our social media platforms, website, and online advertisements.
- Develop visual concepts and mockups for new developments and property presentations.
- Modify and adjust designs based on feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals and client preferences.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Capable of thinking out of the box
- Time management skills; ability to meet strict deadlines for multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally in a similar role or industry.
