We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join a startup and play an important role in their R&D team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership over the development of amazing new products and work on interesting projects inside a smart, fun, and dynamic engineering team.
The ideal candidate has excellent organization skills, a strong sense of ownership, and is willing to run development projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
● Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
● Ensure that the projects you work on meet business objectives and coding standards.
● Support the deployment and testing of new products and features.
Requirements:
● BSc degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field of study.
● At least 5 years of Backend Software development experience.
● At least 3 years developing for Web.
● Passionate about writing clean code that can scale.
● Able to see the big picture and break down a project into milestones and deadlines.
● Able to take initiative and come up with ideas and solutions.
● Able to work with tight deadlines and a “getting things done” attitude.
● Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
● Good communication skills with the ability to provide constant dialog between engineering teams.
● Strong sense of ownership
