Job Description
● Develop and manage full-funnel strategy and implementation for lead generation and
acquisition campaigns on social media and search engines (ICF and IMN and Store)
● Daily and weekly reporting on campaign performance and areas of opportunity
● Managing Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns for clients and in house projects (IMN)
● Providing data-driven guidance and strategic decisions based on campaign analysis and
competitive reseach
● Increase ROAS of NGO campaigns to 1x+
● Increase ROAS of I365 Store campaigns to 2.5x+
● Improve funnel to increase ltv of customers/donors
● Improve the funnel to get the right people to convert within 45 days.
● Increase quality leads (Needs real numbers and breakdown by month) and build
revenue and donation driven post-lead funnel
● Work directly under the Head of Growth, Gavi Zeitlin.
Requirements:
● Proficient with the Facebook Ads manager as well as creating and analyzing campaigns
● Strong marketing background
● Copywriting skills a plus
● Experience with non-profits and/or e-commerce a plus
● Strong funnel development and web conversion skills
● CRO obsessed
