Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage and process payroll efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Use QuickBooks and Excel to perform daily bookkeeping tasks and generate financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and track budget expenditures.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- This is a hybrid position, allowing for a combination of remote work and onsite presence as needed.
