A fast growing company seeks a full-time Web Designer who loves Israel and is passionate about supporting meaningful causes in Israel. This individual will lead UI/UX design and
implementation for campaigns and projects based on the creative direction from the
team.

Day-to-day you’ll be:
● Designing and building landing pages, templates, and design emails.
● Creating brand and visual identities for different campaigns.
● Creating Facebook banners, and pop-up ads.
● Working closely with the creative and content teams on all aspects of design for
for-profit and non-profit campaigns.
● Monitoring analytics and working to optimize our UI/UX for a great customer
experience and maximum conversion.
This position requires a professional level in the following areas:
- Web & Basic Graphic design
- Thorough understanding of UI/UX design
- Figma (or XD)
- Elementor
- General proficiency in WordPress
- Email design
- Fluent in English
Preferred Experience in:
- Shopify builder
- Branding
- Analytics, UX monitoring, and A/B Testing Tools such as Google Analytics,
HotJar, Google Optimize, etc.
