Shalom! Our family of 5 is planning to be in Israel from about August 8-29. We are exploring the possibility of swapping our three bedroom home in Hewlett, Five Towns (New York) (45 minutes by railroad to Midtown Manhattan) for a place of similar size in Central Israel (Bet Shemesh/Modi'in/Yerushalayim/Ma'ale Adumim). The place should be not have too many stairs, and should have free, easy parking. Also interested in swapping our Honda Odyssey with your vehicle of similar size. Other things to know: We are a 7 minute walk from the train station We are under 10 min walk from Young Israel, Chabad, and another large Orthodox shul, and a 20 minute walk from all shuls in Woodmere House has a large shady backyard for your enjoyment If you think this could be a possibility to travel on a budget this summer, and the dates match up, please reach out to me.
