Title: Resource Development Manager Position (FUND RAISING)
Location: Jerusalem HyBrid Role

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies
-Manage relationships with major donors and foundations
-Create compelling grant proposals and reports
-Oversee online fundraising campaigns and digital giving platforms
-Coordinate with international partners and supporters
-Track and analyze fundraising metrics using CRM systems
-Plan and execute fundraising events both virtually and in-person
-Collaborate with content and education teams to create impactful donor
communications
Required Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of proven experience in resource development
-Fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
-Demonstrated success in securing major gifts and grants
-Proficiency with CRM systems and online fundraising platforms
-Strong project management and organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-Additional Requirements:
-Full-time position based in Jerusalem
-Ability to travel internationally
-Flexible schedule to accommodate international calls
-Understanding of Jewish texts and traditions
