I'm an Occupational Therapist with further qualifications in Instrumental Enrichment (IE) and BEATUBE. I am committed to working with individuals to preserve cognitive abilities and prevent mental deterioration. I provide one-to-one or group therapy sessions in the environment which the client is most comfortable. I value using the therapy tools of IE and BEATUBE as they directly address elements which can improve and protect our cognitive abilities. Specifically these are: neurobic practice (brain training), physical activity and social connection.
