Ordinarily, this beautiful house with huge garden (walking distance from kol haneshama/pardes/emek refaim) would rent for more than twice the price quoted, but the rental includes care of my lovely dog and character cat. The kitchen is kosher and I want to keep it that way. The rental dates are from Sept 19 to Oct 27, which is basically the entire period from before rosh hashana and until after Sukkot, but there is some flexibility. I can supply a large Sukka.
