Responsibilities:
- Successfully maintain and build relationships with clients
- Manage teams on the floor to ensure the completion of all tasks and goals
- Provide constant support to employees whether logistical, technical or simply being a friendly face and listening ear
- Build up the spirit in the office during the evening shift by encouraging employees and providing performance incentives
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in a customer service role (any industry)
- Proven leadership skills; ability to motivate, support, and teach others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, attention to detail, organized, ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to think big and act big!
- Full-time 3pm - 11pm/12am
