
Bookkeeper with General Ledger experience is needed for an e-commerce holding company office located in Jerusalem Area.
Revision, financial reporting, handling all the issues related to banks and credit card processing systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide reports and analytical documentation to the management
Handle salaries for company employees
Ability to work with multiple interfaces, importing data to ERP system
Prepare & submit reports to authorities: Tax, VAT, Social security, Pension
Bank & credit card reconciliations
Responsible for all functions of Accounts Payable from Purchase Order to Payment.
Customers & suppliers account reconciliations
Prepare reports for audit & assistance in financial statements
Requirements:
Previous experience with an ERP system – must
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel – must
Advanced English level
Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
Experience at least 3 years in responsibilities stated above
Bookkeeper level 1+2 – must, level 3 (Sug 3) – advantage.
*Full-time employment from Sunday to Thursday.
