Job Description:

- Information gathering from organizations for grants, quarterly reports and reimbursement requests

- Organizing information received from clients so that we can easily find it for use for future grants and reports

- Invoice clients and make sure that payment is gathered

- Send out contracts to clients and make sure clients understand our fee structure

- Send out emails to clients when grants become available and help field questions about clients eligibility

- Possibly learn and assist in uploading information into grant systems and submitting grants

Skills and Job Requirements

- Organized

- Pays attention to detail

- Works well under pressure

- Strong communication skills

- Quick learner

- At least two years of previous experience in a professional office setting

- Work from home 20 hours a week. 1 hour a day over US time
