A growing international finance company located near Beit Shemesh, is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Manager. Full time and part time applicants are welcome.
Job Description:
Assistant to Executive Management Team
Calendar management
Managing international travel arrangements
General administration tasks as needed
HR assistance such as on & off boarding, tax forms, welfare & corporate event coordination
Finance assistance with vendor billing & employee pensions, petty cash & budgets
Supplier management such as contractors, cars, local deliveries, office supplies & groceries
May need to support the Jerusalem office.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Fluent English & Hebrew
Strong English email writing skills
Experience with Google Suite & Excel
Multitasking with a smile
Strong organization skills
Minimum of 2 years previous office management experience
Driver’s license - frequent travel to our Jerusalem office may be required
