Lumiprobe is an international company currently based in Russia, Germany, USA and Hong Kong. Since 2006 we manufacture and sell advanced chemicals for life science research and diagnostics. Our next step is setting up a branch in Israel, therefore we would like to hire an employee for the position of office manager. To clarify, it will be a small office established mainly for logistics reasons, with only 1-2 employees.
Responsibilities:
1. receiving products sent from the laboratory and packing them for the transport company
2. printing and checking shipping documents
3. answering phone calls to clarify product availability, lead time and shipment status
4. responding to inquiries by email
5. helping us to set up and run the local office
You can work from the office that we provide. Since it has not been rented yet, we are flexible on location (which means it will be possible for you to work close from home). Schedule, wage and benefits are negotiable.
Requirements:
1. experience in administrtive duties
2. fluent in Hebrew and English, Russian language would be an advantage
3. good grammar skills
4. attention to detail, high level of responsibility, punctuality
5. candidates with an educational background or experience in Chemistry or Biology will be preferred.
