Description
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented HR Manager to be responsible for the company’s HR practices, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have the accountability for the full employee life cycle and will be working closely with the Global Head of Human Resources and other HR team members across the group to deliver best-in-class HR services.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Provides an end-to-end administration service for all employment matters
  • Maintains HR policies and procedures
  • Maintains the global HRIS
    • Liaises with HRIS related vendors on a regular basis
    • Drives improvement based on employee feedback
    • Completes integration projects to enhance HRIS use and process improvement
  • Advises managers and other employees on employment law and employment policies and procedures
  • Advises and supports the Leadership Team to achieve and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Assesses training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Designs programs to reward employees for accomplishments and motivates them to continue performing at a high level
  • Administers benefits on local and global level
  • Nurtures a positive working environment


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Manager or related role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance or related field
  • Strong MS Excel skills and Word skills Required
  • Familiarity with Benefits and Other Wage Deductions
  • Assertive, resilient and highly organized
  • Ability to form working relationships with people in various countries and at all levels, prior multicultural or international experience preferred
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Risk assessment and decision-making
  • Demonstrated project completion related to role

Office Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem (Work is from home until government restrictions are lifted.)
Hours: Full time 42.5 hours per week. (Monday-Friday for initial training period, with Friday as a shortened day.)
