Overview:
The Client Care Associate is responsible for maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding quickly and efficiently to any client issues or concerns. They are the front line of support for clients and they help ensure that our Customers are satisfied with products as well as services.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional and memorable experiences to our e-commerce customers in Europe and Israel
Foster and maintain excellent relations with customers, analyze their needs, and propose solutions tailored to their requirements
Assist customers via emails, call center, chat, and social media
Promote suitable products and services
Take appropriate measures to solve problems effectively
Achieve productivity goals
Communicate proactively with customers, handle complaints and follow up
Skills & Abilities
2 years experience of Customer Service – Must
Required languages: Hebrew and English – must, French/Spanish/Italian – advantage.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Enjoys communicating with customers through calls, chats, and emails
Passion for great service and the ability to connect with people
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and as a team player
High level of professionalism
Knowledge of Zendesk, SAP -an advantage
