Our client, a US CPA firm, seeks a detail-oriented Financial Auditor to plan and execute audits for a diverse client portfolio. This role ensures regulatory compliance and provides insights to improve financial integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Audit Execution: Plan and perform audits, assess risks, and address key focus areas.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance, and recommend internal control improvements.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulations and prepare audit reports with actionable insights.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to gather documents, address queries, and present findings.
- Team Collaboration: Work with tax, advisory, and bookkeeping teams; mentor junior auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
- Experience in financial auditing, preferably in a US CPA firm.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit software (e.g., CaseWare, IDEA).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- CPA certification or progress toward is preferred.
Remote (within Israel)
15 - 20 hours a week and gradually move to full time. This position is over US time.
