DERGEL Media is the media arm of DERGEL Executive Search. We provide C-Suite level executives with detailed reports to stay up to date with other CXOs – as well as provide articles for CXOs to stay ahead of the curve in their current role.
We are currently looking for a Community Experience Designer who can develop and maintain the DERGEL digital portfolio, consisting of the media and publication platform, content/editorial functions, and internal technology. Our goal is to provide the most seamless experience for our users while using our app, as well as simplifying management of the overall ecosystem for our internal team.
Responsibilities:
1. Executing on the planning, developing, updating, and performing technical maintenance on websites powered by WordPress.
2. Performing tasks using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Automate, SharePoint, basic user and groups administration, and Microsoft Excel.
3. Working closely with a full stack engineer and acting in the capacity of a 'Product Manager' to roadmap, manage the execution of and set benchmarks for the evolution of the DERGEL Media content delivery platform/application, and the release of new major versions and minor feature updates, including bug reporting and fixes.
4. Working closely with the Community Engagement Manager with regards to the delivery of client services, including support, editorial planning, strategy planning, and reporting.
Qualifications:
1. Experience as a product manager or in the development of a SaaS platform in a lightly technical capacity
2. Fluent English
3. Experience with creating automations using low-code platforms, and enabling dynamic reporting with SQL-based platforms
4. Knowledge, or ability to quickly learn, about Stripe payments, other online payments providers, Microsoft 365 administration, and the Google Cloud and AWS cloud services' basics of usage
5. Ability to work unsupervised, while meeting deadlines consistently, and engaging creatively with coworkers to continually strategize to improve the DERGEL Media portfolio with feature improvements
