Digestic is a Jerusalem and New Jersey-based nutraceutical company, looking for a customer care representative to help us with our online and phone correspondence. We are a fast-growing company that has been around for over two years and have offices in several different countries. We have customers the world over.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
We are looking for applicants who are willing to work for at least eight hours a day, five times a week. Applicants who wish to work more than that are encouraged to apply. We are looking for applicants interested in a long-term posting.
Communication Skills:
⦁ English at a mother-tongue level. French - a plus
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
⦁ Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers.
⦁ Excellent documentation skills.
⦁ Comprehension skills - ability to clearly and concisely understand and state the customer's present issues.
⦁ Ability to concentrate - follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution.
⦁ Composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
⦁ Ability to work well in an independent or team environment.
Computer Skills:
⦁ Familiarity with WooCommerce, ShipStation, or ClickFunnels - a plus.
⦁ Excellent typing skills.
⦁ Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites.
⦁ Demonstrates proficient knowledge of Gmail applications.
Customer Focus:
⦁ Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
⦁ Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
⦁ Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
⦁ Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
